How KGK Realty is Taking Care of Hygiene and Cleanliness
Hygiene and cleanliness are our most important weapons in the fight against the Coronavirus. Whether it’s our school, parks, shopping mall, or workplaces, hygiene and cleanliness must be practised religiously for the safety of everyone who uses these spaces.
While the onus is onto every individual, we believe that it is more than necessary to enforce precautionary measures for the safety of our guests and residents.
At a time when our homes are the safest place to be at, KGK Realty ensures our apartment owners live safe and stress-free from Covid-19 threats. Here are some of the efforts taken by us.
1. Compulsory Sanitization, Thermal Screening and Masks At Entrance
Identifying entrance as the first and most important line of defence against Covid-19, we made it a mandatory practice for visitors, guests, delivery personnel, Oasis community members, staff, and workers to wear a mask and get their hands sanitized before entering the apartment premises.
Even before receiving the advisory from the government, KGK Realty has enacted precautionary protocol, which also includes the screening of guests entering and exiting the building. In addition to this, everyone who is using common spaces such as the library has been informed to wear a mask and practice social distancing measures.
2. Wiping of Elevators and Handrails
This is another measure that has been done daily to ensure uncompromised safety for apartment residents. The inherent need to control the condition, especially in common areas, to reduce the chance of the virus spreading demanded cleanliness that goes beyond the usual cleaning.
Our first priority is the safety and well-being of our residents and workers, and therefore, the lift is wiped and sanitized daily. Concurrently, all common surfaces including handrails, indoor games area, senior citizen corner, playground slides, playground climbers, and library too are thoroughly cleaned and wiped.
3. Gloves For Security, Staff, and Workers
Because the virus may persist from a few hours to up to several days, we understand that there is a need for additional safety. Every member of the security and housekeeping has been provided with separate glove boxes. Gloves are worn by everyone throughout the work-schedule.
4. Timely Covid-19 e-Counselling
Considering that the fight against Covid-19 demands consistent sharing of information and creating awareness, KGK Realty has conducted counselling for a range of topics from home-safety measures to personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Our group-wise counselling programs have been attended by all security personnel, admin-staff, workers, and community members.
5. Helpline For Emergencies
To prevent any panic, we also have ensured that people can reach to someone in emergencies. Apartment residents can call the concerned person for a range of issues such as emergency grocery supplies, sanitized medical vans for sick-elderly, etc.
6. Preparation For Post-Lockdown
With lockdown being lifted in the coming weeks, we have prepared a practical roadmap for becoming one of the safest gated communities in Pink City.
Over the next few months, we plan to install temperature screening systems at all entry
points, gate security apps to keep track of visitors and guests, and weekly sessions with
reputed health-professionals for Covid-19 education and awareness.
